From ‘the Great Resignation’ to ‘the Great Reimagination’

The COVID pandemic has been a great challenge for the world and the economies of all countries. It often felt like we were resigned to live our lives social distancing, wearing masks, and getting vaccinated repeatedly. As we leave the pandemic behind and move into the future, we need to reimagine business-to-business marketing and sales. This will mean major investments in data science and analytics; innovation of marketing processes; reinventing the salesforce and how to manage it remotely when necessary; developing more effective and efficient supply chains; and ensuring companies contribute to the community while providing a diverse environment that is inclusive and equitable for all.
